We love Vermouth, this one is a bit different. 
 
Normally the base wine is pretty neutral, here we have an expressive Orange wine, similar to Ferozia. This is fortified with double distilled wine, and the 20 or so cold infused botanicals - many grown in around the vines. The sugar comes from grape must to make an almost entriely homemade vermouth. It has less sugar than most at around 50g/l.
