From Elise's first vintage, undergoing Biodymanic conversion. Natural yeasts for the first fermentation and malo, 7 months in a 20hl foudre and fûts of 228l, no sulphur in vinification and unfiltered. All Premier Cru fruit from Les Meneaux, a mix of Pinot Noir and Meunier. The MX release was the pick of the best grapes, given longer before bottling and longer on lees - 44 months on cork.
 
Hand painted labels by Camille Sardet and a unique 'tie die' blind tasting sock instead of a cardboard gift box that ends up thrown away.
 
Based on 2020, 759 bottles for the world, zero dosage on disgorgement in December 2022.
