Falkenstein excel with this style of wine year after year. Steely, racy, very pure and long. Spontaneous fermentation like all the wines here with no enzymes of other additives, leads to a 'sponti' nose - showing a little reduction.

The Non-Vintage Pet Nat with Los Nr. 26-23 comes from Weissburgunder harvested in 2022 in the Niedermenniger Herrenberg and was fermented
in cask before completing its fermentation in bottle and being released without disgorgement. It offers a superb nose of almond cream, bakery
elements, vineyard peach, greengage, mint leaf, yellow peach, and conference pear. The mousse proves very refined and the palate delivers
intense and refreshing notes of spices and herbs. The after-taste has some tartness in need of integration. This is a superb Pet Nat. 2025-2032
