Fabian Daviaux is working 5 Ha just south of Epernay, one of very few Champagne prodcers to add no sulphur, the wines are a little Feral, smoky vibrant.
All first press Chardonnay, 5-10 year old barrels, only 1,191 bottles. Quite ripe for a Coteaux, pineapple and buttery brioche.
