Based in Mardeuil, working just 3.5Ha of vines, without pesticide or herbicides, Aurore was a ballerina before returning to the family domaine. Working with her husband Jean-Baptiste Robinet from Avize. Spontaneous fermentations, no filtering or fining, wines of lightness and poise.
 
This is a blend of 2018/19/20, planted in 1986. Left in 228 and 400l barrels for a year.
