Max is one of the brightest new stars of the Mosel, working at his family Geierslay estate with some of the best holdings, traditional single poles, steep slopes and a producer making classic, light wines of the Mosel, with a close friendship with nearby Julian Haart.
Mosel Kabinett truely unique, light, balanced and so pure. 2024 is a wonderful 'classical' vintage and strong across the board.
The Treppchen was a new wine for 2023 - previously blended or used in wines from the Gierslay portfolio Max felt it deserved its own label.
