Based in Comblanchien, Antoine and his sister Heloise have taken the family domaine to new heights. They purchase some grapes but the majority is domaine fruit. The cellars are alive with experimentation amphorae of various sizes and quantities, along with more traditional high quality wood.
From bought grapes, organically farmed in Fixin, aged in old barrels and zero sulphur added.
