Roisin Curley (MW!) started her negoce business with the 2015 vintage with a single cuvee, now up to 12 most of which are 2-3 barrels only. The majority are from certified organic growers. A strict selection occurs before vinification.
 
The 2022 Beaune Blanches Fleurs saw 20% whole bunches and a light extraction.
