Louis is a young star, working biodynamically with only 0.2 Ha in Chagny in a cool site. We first came across him as a Stagiere with KP Keller in Germany, the wines are beautifully light, pure expressions of Burgundy.
The 2022 and 2023 are his last vintages from Nargilets but he is on his second year of a negate operation with some wonderful wines already emerging.
There 2022 is weightier, needs a couple of years still to settle down - darker fruited than the lighter floral 2023.
