Antoine Lepetit de la Bigne spent eight years at Domaine Leflaive and has been 'the' biodynamic consultant to many top producers. With the 2021 vintage he chose to leverage these great relationships and start a small negoce business, seven wines initially.
From 60 year old vines, fermented in fut (350l), elevage of 12 months in new and old fut (30:70) then 3 months inox. 2,700 bottles. Bright and brilliant.
