Antoine Lepetit de la Bigne spent eight years at Domaine Leflaive and has been 'the' biodynamic consultant to many top producers. With the 2021 vintage he chose to leverage these great relationships and start a small negoce business, seven wines initially.
Destemmed - macerated for 15 days, fermented in amphore (750l). Elevage of 10 months in amphore then 2 months inox. 692 bottles. Bright and brilliant.
