In their recently renovated cellars right in the centre of Beaune, Elsa and Cedric Ehrhart are making wines of great purity. A mixture fo Domaine and Negoce wines, reds are fully destemmed, vinification in a mix of wood and steel vats before aging in a mixture of 500, 350 and smaller barrels. A real focus on quality from vines to bottle.
From Meloisey (where Dandelion are based), mostly clay, the 2021 was how we fell for Chancelier, the 22 is more of the same.
