Domaine Didon based in Bouzeron was formed in 2017, 2Ha of their own vines with other grapes bought in from the wider region, all biodynamic. Whites are whole bunch pressed and reds typically see a short maceration.
 
Gamay from Quincié-en-Beaujolais, fresh and bright as always, light maceration.
