One of our absolute favourites, Morgane and Christian make wines of great purity, superb fruit with a fine and elegant crisp bite to the finish. Amazing care in the vines to produce this stunner.
Aube (no relation to the Champagne region) means dawn - this is an east facing parcel in the Haut Cotes. We put it with two other wines we love - but mostly because the labels look great together.
