Fiona Leroy took on her 2.7 Ha estate in 2017 and started working biodynamically, by hand in the vines and with a light touch in the cellar using concrete and old barrels. 
 
This is from vines planted in the 50s and 2000, fermented in barrels, just a dash of sulphur on bottling. Pure mineral with a hint of nuts.
