2020 Was a very difficult year at Oriol Artigas and the SOS cuvees produced were made by partnering with other vignerons locally.

Two day maceration, then six months in fibreglass. Not disgorged so expect some sediment.
This is pretty wild, a sense of ripeness but totally dry on the finish. Yeasty citrus pith, mint and elderflower. Gentle fizz, tart dry finish. One for those who live to experiment.
