Fiona Leroy took on her 2.7 Ha estate in 2017 and started working biodynamically, by hand in the vines and with a light touch in the cellar using concrete and old barrels.
From vines with an average age of 50, fermented in steel then 12 months on old oak. Bright fruits with a light spicy finish.
