Fiona Leroy took on her 2.7 Ha estate in 2017 and started working biodynamically, by hand in the vines and with a light touch in the cellar using concrete and old barrels.
From a small vineyard first planted in 70s, mostly whole bunches vinified in steel then a year in old wood. More complex, rounded and supple fruits with refreshing finish.
