We were delighted when Emilien said he can spare us a few bottles, and even moreso to go and collect and taste the 2022s in barrel.
 
Around 2.5Ha organic since the start around 2006, and not making his own wines until 2015, Emilien is doing something very exciting. Focussed on biodiversity and soil health in the villages of Sermiers, Chamery et Écueil, low production and beautiful wines.
