O2Y is a negotiant formed by Olivier Guala, Yves Roy and Yoshi Kuroda (Yves from Damaine Novice, and Yoshi whose day job is with Emmanuel Houillon at Domaine Overnoy.)
Initially from 3 barrels that were topped up, this was transferred to a single cask and sort of forgotten about, so it developed a light voile. Less intense than a vin jaune, but on the same planet.
