Max is a great young talent in Baden, he worked at Gut Oggau for a while. Working with a mixture of techniques (the Blanc is part carbonic, part maceration and part direct press). He works with Silvaner, Muller-Thurgau, Silvaner and other local grapes, often blended, always creative.
